Nori was glad that Dru and Madison were officially together. She was tired of having to be around other women. Parker was cool, but Madison was her girl. Nori didn’t know what took Dru so long to see that Madison was the one for him; even Drake had told her that he could see them being together. He had also told her that he could see them killing each other. Nori semi agreed. They had that ‘talk shit’ type of relationship that both of them seemed to enjoy. Brylee was a total sweetheart. Even though she and Tess had a solid relationship, she still welcomed Nori with open arms. Brylee had called her and Madison, saying that she needed a girl’s night out to relieve the stress of her college work load, so they were now in Nori’s bathroom getting ready to hit the club.

Drake had been extra attentive to Nori since they’d left her aunt’s house; it made Nori smile just thinking about it. He had told her not to wait up because he and Dru had business to take care of. Madison and Brylee had brought their sleeping clothes with them, so Nori was hosting a sleep over.

“Baby won’t you come my wayyyyy! Got somethin’ I want to sayyyy!” Brylee was singing while sipping on a glass of Ace.

“Nori, are you sure Drake gone be OK with what you got on,” Brylee asked.

Nori was wearing a white bra with silver embellishments dangling from it underneath a white, ripped crop top, white low rise jeans that looked painted on, and white heels. Her hair was in a high ponytail that Madison had flat ironed straight.

“I can wear this,” Nori said.

“OK. But let the record show that I did bring it to your attention, just in case you get in trouble.”

“Damn! Drennen got you whipped,” Madison yelled over her shoulder as she contoured her face.

“Bitch please. You was whipped before I got here,” Brylee threw back.

Madison laughed. “Fuck you!”

Nori sent Drake a picture of her outfit just to be on the safe side. She figured she was good, since she was wearing more than she had on the night that she found out about Laila. Drake sent her a text back giving her the go ahead and telling her to be on her best behavior.

“He approves,”” Nori smiled

“Well, in that case,” Brylee said, hopping off the counter, “pose for the gram.” They posed in Nori’s full length mirror and took pictures, then left for the club…..
